The gin is made by macerating a Christmas pudding for three months, before being cold-distilled with juniper.

Infused with Christmas spices, smoked wood chips and dried figs, the Festive Figgy Pudding Gin gives a seasonal twist to the classic negroni. It is distilled using a cold compounding method, which helps the spirit to retain a fuller mouthfeel.Pour equal parts (50ml of each) Tarquin’s Figgy Pudding Gin, Campari and Red Vermouth over ice and into the glass. This Tonic Selection gift pack comprises 4 x 200ml bottles of premium tonic made in Devon using Devon spring water and natural ingredients. The Boatyard team says Sloe Boat is a “rich and intense” gin liqueur, with a deep red hue and notes of plums, cassis, almond and juniper.

Tarquin’s suggests enjoying the gin in a Festive Fig-roni, or paired with ginger ale for a longer drink; for optimal enjoyment, find a comfy chair in front of a roaring fire!
