The band performed at major music festivals such as Monsters of Rock and Day on the Green later that year. He sounds terrible, and there is not a single song on this album where he sounds anything above a poor imitation of Halford.

Fight Fire With Fire": That acoustic intro belongs on a power metal album, and definitely not the opening to this song. Although 75,000 copies were initially pressed for the American market, the album sold half a million by November 1987. My only minor niggle is that a cd that is in a cardboard sleeve maybe could do with being sent out in sturdier packaging. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. No matter what anyone may say about their Load/Reload or St Anger records and their faults, this is true Metallica and is a credit to the band!
